Peab to build for AP Fastigheter in Stockholm

Peab has been contracted to build a 30 000 square metres large office- and tradinghouse in Värtahamnen in Stockholm. AP Fastigheter is the client and the contract amounts to SEK 418 million.
It is a trust-based turn key contract with an obvious environmental profile, which already has started. In November 2009 ICA Kvantum will move in and the entire project is estimated to be ready in March 2010.
