Peab to build more new flats in Malmö

Peab has been contracted to build 75 further new flats in the tenant owner’s society Kaj 33 at Dockan in Malmö. JM is the client and the contract is worth SEK 108 million. Dockan is the old Kockum’s shipyard at the West Harbour in Malmö. In this area Peab has already built 245 flats with JM as client, for different tenant owner’s societies next to the nowadays waterfilled dock. Some of these flats are still under production. It is a turn-key contract estimated to be ready during the second quarter 2007.
