Peab to build new flats at Dockan in Malmö

Peab to build new flats at Dockan in Malmö Peab has won the contract to build 75 new flats in the tenant owners' society Piren at the Dockan area in Malmö. JM is the client and the contract amounts SEK 110 million. The Dockan area is the old Kockums'shipyard at the west harbour in Malmö. In this area Peab has already started the construction of 94 tenant flats for JM in Fyren, neighbour to Piren, next to the nowadays waterfilled dock. The Piren-work is a general contract, estimated to be ready in October 2005.
