Peab to build new flats in Malmö

Peab has won the contract to build 62 new tenant-owner flats in the West Harbour in Malmö. Riksbyggen is the client and the contract amounts to SEK 140 million. It is a turn-key contract which has already started and it is estimated to be ready in June 2007.
