Peab to build new hotel in Solna

Peab has been contracted to build a new hotel in Arenastaden in Solna. The client is Pasab Property AB, owned by Norwegians Petter Stordalen and Arthur Buchardt. The contract amounts to SEK 502 million.

The hotel will be built close to the Swedbank Arena and it will be operated by Choice Hotels Nordic A / S. The building will be 94 meters high and contain 399 hotel rooms.

Work has begun and is scheduled for completion in August 2013.
