Peab to build office in Helsinki

Peab to build office and laboratory in Helsinki Peab's Finnish subsidiary Peab Seicon has won the contract to handle the development of the Vik I buildings in the University of Helsinki. The client is the national real estate company Senaattikiinteistöt, the largest real estate owner in Finland. The contract amounts Euro 17 million. Work will begin in November 2004 and it is estimated to ready during April 2006.
