Peab to build rental apartments in Mölnlycke

Peab to build rental apartments in Mölnlycke Peab have won the contract to build 43 new rental apartments and two shops at Mölnlycke Centrum, just outside Göteborg. The client is Förvaltnings AB Skagen and the contract is worth SEK 70 million. It is an all-in contract and construction will begin in November and is expected to be completed by the beginning of 2004. Peab have also been awarded contracts to build retirement housing in the centre of Göteborg for MedicHus, and to carry out a conversion of the former Vasa hospital in Göteborg for Chalmersfastigheter. The two contracts are together worth SEK 60 million.
