Peab to build rental flats in Stockholm

Peab to build rental flats in Stockholm Peab has won the contract to build 93 new rental flats in Midsommarkransen in the south west part of Stockholm. The contract also includes a preschool and a garage. The client is Familjebostäder and the contract amounts SEK 148 million. The work will begin during the autumn 2004 and the time for moving in is estimated to April 2005.
