Peab to build safety housing for SEB Trygg Liv Peab has been contracted to build two buildings, intended for safety housing, one in Stockholm and one in Gothenburg. The client is SEB Trygg Liv and the contract amounts SEK 300 million. The buildings will contain modern and centrally situated rental flats with access to that kind of service and care, which often is demanded by older people. In Stockholm 110 flats will be built around the northern Hammarby harbour at Södermalm, with moving in estimated during the autumn 2005. At the Eriksberg area in Gothenberg there will be built 100 flats, estimated to be ready during the spring 2006.
