Peab to build students’ flats in Gothenburg

Peab has won the contract to build 206 new students’ flats in Gothenburg. The client is the foundation Chalmers Studenthem and the contract amounts about SEK 100 million. The first sod will be thrown up February 28 and the flats are estimated to be ready for occupation during the autumn 2006. In the Gothenburg area Peab is also involved in two further housing projects for Mölndalsbostäder totally amounting to about SEK 100 million.
