Peab to rebuild flats in Hökarängen

Peab has been contracted to carry through the rebuilding of 112 flats in Hökarängen in southern Stockholm. The client is Hökeborg Fastighets AB and the contract amounts to SEK 103 million.
It is a turn-key contract which will begin in November 2006 and it is estimated to be ready at the turn of the year 2007.

Peab will also build a house with 37 tenancy rights in Jakobsberg with Järfällabygdens Hus as client. This contract amounts to SEK 37 million.
