Peab wins new paving contracts in three counties
Peab has been awarded three new paving contracts in Jämtland, Dalarna and Örebro. The customer is the Swedish Transport Administration and the total contract is worth SEK 130 million.
The three contracts will be carried out on the national road network in each county. The contracts include chip seal paving in Dalarna and Jämtland and HMA paving in Örebro.
"This is proof that we have competitive teams, an attractive product and a strong geographical presence. Now we're looking forward to delivering at the high level of quality that customers expect of us," says Magnus Lockner, Region Manager at Peab's subsidiary Peab Asfalt.
All the projects use Peab's ECO-Asfalt that is produced with renewable fuels which reduces climate impact compared to traditional asphalt.
The work will start in the spring of 2026. The contracts in Jämtland and Dalarna are for 2026–2027 and in Örebro for 2026–2028.
The projects were order registered in the first quarter 2026.
