Peabs capital market day 2004

Peab's capital market day On August 31 2004, Peab had totally 1.262 own-developed tenant flats and small houses in production in process. 73 per cent of these were sold at the time. The pace of sale has during the summer been around 60 units per month. - We can notice an increasing demand of our tenant flats and small houses. They are considered being worth its price and having good quality, says Peab's MD Mats Paulsson. Beyond the production in process, Peab had 78 tenant flats in own balance sheet with a book value of SEK 162 million. 55 of these are situated in Hammarby Sjöstad. This came out at the annual capital market day, which took place today at Whites architect office at Södermalm in Stockholm, a house build by Peab. During 2003 the building was rewarded with the Kasper Salin-prize, and it was also been appointed as The Building of the Year.
