Record order to Peab - Peab to build the largest shopping mall i Scandinavia

Peab has been contracted to build the shopping center Mall of Scandinavia in Solna. The client is Unibail-Rodamco and the contract amounts to about SEK 3500 million.
Mall of Scandinavia will be the largest and most modern shopping mall in Scandinavia with 250 stores and several restaurants will be established. The five-storey building will be built next to Swedbank Arena and Quality Hotel Arena in Solna, which both are under construction.

With Mall of Scandinavia, Arenastaden will be a future-oriented neighborhood and a unique venue with a wide range of modern housing, services and communications in the top class, hotels, shopping, convention center, and all kinds of experiences at Swedbank Arena. In addition, many large companies such as Vattenfall, have moved its headquarters to Arenastaden.

Mall of Scandinavia is scheduled for completion in the autumn of the 2015. The order of this project will be notified in the first quarter of 2012.
