Ulf H Jansson retires from Peab’s board

The chairman of Peab AB, Ulf H Jansson, has for personal reasons requested to immediately leave Peab’s board of directors. Ulf H Jansson was elected to Peab’ board 1995 and he has been chairman since 2000. A new chairman of Peab AB will be elected at an extra board meeting on September 13 2005.
