The 2024 annual general meeting ("AGM") of Plejd AB ("Plejd" or the "Company") was held on 23 April 2024 in Mölndal, and the following resolutions were passed by the meeting.Adoption of the income statement and the balance sheet The AGM resolved to adopt the income statement, the balance sheet in Plejd, the consolidated income statement, and the consolidated balance sheet. Allocation of profit The AGM resolved not to pay any dividend to the shareholders and that the previously accrued profits, including the share premium account and year result would be carried forward.

The nominating committee of Plejd AB has decided to nominate Magnus Zederfeldt as a new board member at the annual meeting on April 23, 2024. The annual general meeting on 29 April 2020 resolved to issue warrants to employees of Plejd AB (“Plejd” or the “Company”). On June 19, 2023, the period for exercising the warrants to subscribe for shares in Plejd ended. Plejd launches smart luminaires and shows wireless sensor

The company is launching DWN-01, DWN-02, and LST-01 at the Elfack electrician fair in Gothenburg on May 9th, 2023, the first smart luminaires in the company’s second product category.
