SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION TO PONSSE’S INTERIM REPORT FOR 1
JANUARY - 30 SEPTEMBER 2004


Should the recommendation of The Board of Directors of Ponsse plc
be approved by the General Meeting, the new shares issued in the
scrip issue will be registered in shareholders’ book-entry
securities accounts on 30 November 2004 (not on 2 December 2004,
like presented in Exchange Bulletin 22 October 2004 at 9 AM),
provided that the increase in share capital has been entered in
the Trade Register.
