PostNord has terminated its lease contract for its Solna headquarters

PostNord has terminated its lease contract for its headquarters in Solna, Sweden, the property designated Solna Polisen 2 and popularly known as Arken. The property is owned by Delarka Fastighet AB. The contract is being terminated due to PostNord moving out of the property.

PostNord wishes to reduce its office space and is looking for more appropriate and cost-efficient premises in the Stockholm region.

PostNord’s current lease contract with Delarka Fastighets AB expires on 30 April 2026.
