On September the 27th, Prisma Properties (publ) signed a 10-year lease agreement with Dollarstore in Växjö, Sweden. The lease covers a store of 3,890 square meters, where Dollarstore will take over from the previous tenant, XXL.Dollarstore will relocate from its current store in Växjö to Prisma’s retail park in Samarkand.
