As we look back at 2020, we leave a productive but, in many ways, unusual year behind us. After an unseasonably mild, wet and windy winter, the fi rst quarter showed record low electricity prices. Continued growth with well-known majority shareholder for Rabbalshede Kraft

Treïs and Ernst Rosen have sold their shareholding in Rabbalshede Kraft AB to the TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund, whose shareholding thus increases from 35% to 87%. Rabbalshede Kraft and Modvion enters new collaboration

Rabbalshede Kraft receives SEK 197.7 million in rights issue

The subscription period for the rights issue in Rabbalshede Kraft AB (publ) has expired. A total of 20,814,123 B shares were subscribed for at a price of SEK 9.50. The Company has allocated SEK 197.7 million before issue costs.On August 20, 2019, Rabbalshede Kraft announced that the Board of Directors decided, with the support of the authorization granted at the Extraordinary General Meeting on August 20, 2019, to carry out a rights issue. The offer included a maximum of 20,814,123 B shares at a price of SEK 9.50. The issue is fully subscribed and oversubscribed with 194,620 shares.

Rabbalshede Kraft publishes prospectus supplement

The Board of Directors of Rabbalshede Kraft has prepared a prospectus supplement regarding the forthcoming rights issue of the Company's B-shares. The prospectus supplement has today, 2019-08-30, been approved and registered by Finansinspektionen.
