The UK’s largest Mercedes-Benz retailer was bestowed the award for its inspired and well thought out social media strategy, its effectiveness and positive business impact in terms of both winning and retaining customers. Focusing on performance, innovation, safety and style of the brand, the retailer’s social media programme spans Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn.
