Samco’s Structural Member Rollforming Line

This is a heavy duty, high efficiency rollforming line, taking heavy gauge, high strength materials and rollforming it pre-cut and pre-punched into U-channel form. Like all Samco rollformers, it is engineered for high volume and high quality. Key features include running material with yields of 460 MPa - 660 MPa, allowing for adjustable web and flange heights over a range of gauges, and allowing for quick gauge changeovers at the touch of a button. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE  Toronto, Ontario, August 2013 On July 22, 2013 Samco Machinery officially moved into their new larger facility at 351 Passmore Avenue in North Toronto. With a square footage of 160,000 ft., the new facility is double the size of our previous location at 315 Nantucket Blvd, a building Samco called home for the past 17 years. “Business is good and it was the right time,” says President & CEO Bob Repovs. “It gives us the ability to take on more and larger projects with more material handling, and opens up the opportunity for branching out into other industries.”
