Fitch affirms SBB’s investment grade rating BBB- with stable outlook and assigns First-Time Short-Term ‘F3’ rating

Fith Ratings (”Fitch”) has today affirmed Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB”)’s Investment grade rating BBB- with stable outlook and has assigned SBB a short-term ‘F3’ rating (F3 is an investment grade rating for commercial paper (debt with maturity shorter than 364 days).

SBB plans to launch a Euro Commercial Paper Programme next week. Fitch continues to emphasize SBB’s strong and secure cash flows and strong liquidity position.

”Given the strong short term ratings from both Fitch and S&P, we are broadening our sources of finance on the liquid European market.
