SBB acquires community service properties in Denmark for an agreed property value of a total of DKK 380m

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) has acquired five community service properties: municipal house, schools, care home and university in regional centers: Vejle, Randers, Århus och Ålborg i Denmark. The total rental income amounts to DKK 23m. The total lettable area amounts to approximately 32,000 sqm. The average contract length for the community service properties amounts to just over eight years.
