SBB acquires social infrastructure properties in Sweden and Finland

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) ("SBB") continues to grow its portfolio of social infrastructure properties through an acquisition in three different portfolios, where the sellers remain as tenants in the acquired properties. The portfolio contains LSS and group housing for people with special needs, with an average contract length of 16 years. 

The acquisition includes 20 properties of which fifteen in Sweden and five in Finland with a total lettable area of 11,600 sq.m.

The agreed property value of the portfolio amounts to SEK 320m with a rental income of SEK 21m and NOI of SEK 19m.
