SBB ends rating by Moody’s

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB” or ”the Company”) has today decided to end its rating by Moody’s Investors Service.

SBB has concluded that engagement with two international ratings agencies is sufficient to meet the Company’s long-term financial and operational targets.

SBB is currently rated BB with a stable outlook by Standard & Poor’s and BB with a positive outlook by Fitch.
