SBB has established a EUR 2.5bn EMTN programme

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (“SBB”) has established an EMTN programme (Euro Medium Term Note Programme) with a programme limit of EUR 2.5bn. The EMTN programme will complement SBB’s existing long term funding and will be used for issuing bonds in the international debt capital markets. SBB also funds itself via bank funding as well as by issuing commercial paper. Currently, SBB has no need to fund itself via the EMTN programme but believes that access to multiple funding sources is of interest in the long term.

The Central Bank of Ireland has today, on 26 April 2019, approved SBB’s prospectus in relation to the EMTN programme. The prospectus is available in English on SBB’s website, www.sbbnorden.se.
