SBB has successfully issued a EUR 500m senior unsecured bond

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB”) has successfully issued a EUR 500m senior unsecured bond in the European debt capital markets. The bond will mature on 4 September 2026 and carries a fixed coupon of 1.125%. The issuance was oversubscribed and will settle on 4 September 2019 with listing on Euronext Dublin.

The proceeds from the senior bond issuance will be used for repayment of existing secured bank debt and for general corporate purposes.

"This transaction in the European debt capital markets is an important milestone in our journey towards a BBB flat rating and we look forward to coming updates of our credit rating. Citi, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and Nordea acted as Joint Bookrunners.
