SBB in first acquisition with a Danish municipality

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) acquires a school property just outside central Copenhagen from Høje-Taastrup municipality, containing approx. 10 000 sqm lettable area fully let to the municipality and private public funded education providers.

“We are excited that SBB as the leading player in northern Europe within social infrastructure now has completed SBB’s first transaction with a Danish municipality,  having acquired a property from the government owned property company Freje Ejendomme in 2019.
