Scandi Standard issues the Annual Report for 2014 and changes the date for the Annual General Meeting 2015

Scandi Standard’s annual report for 2014 is now available on the company’s website, as scheduled, two weeks before the advertised date of the Annual General Meeting 2015 (AGM). Unfortunately the required deadline for issuing the annual accounts was misunderstood, they should have been issued three weeks before the AGM.

As a consequence, and in order to allow our shareholders proper time to consider the annual report and to comply with the Swedish Companies Act, the company has decided to postpone the AGM from 27 April to 21 May, with apologies for any inconvenience caused.

A new notice to be issued on 20 April will contain the same proposals by the board of directors and the nomination committee as the previous one, except that certain dates relating to the delayed AGM will be changed.
