Scandic expands to Gällivare by entering into agreement with popular Liza Hotell

Scandic Hotels, the largest hotel operator in the Nordic region, is continuing to expand its extensive hotel network by entering into an agreement with the popular Liza Hotell in Gällivare from February 1, 2016.

Liza Hotell, which is located in downtown Gällivare, has 80 modern hotel rooms, conference facilities, a gym and a spa. The cooperation is on a franchise basis and starts on February 1, 2016. 

“With its strategic location at the junction of the E45 and the E10 and its mining industry, Gällivare is an important location for us to have presence. By cooperating with Liza Hotell,
we will now be able to provide a full service offering that appeals to our business and private customers alike,” says Peter Jangbratt, Managing Director Sweden at Scandic.
