Further Sales Update - Q1 2020

Further to the announcements of 27 and 30 January, 2020, Ayima has today signed a further major client contract. The latest new client signed this morning was for the provision of Search Engine Optimisation services for a leading provider of specialist software tools, based in Australia and the US. The total value of the contract signed today is approximately 2.0MSEK over the 12 month contract period, bringing the total new business wins so far in Q1 to 16, and amounting to 12.1MSEK. Write-down of Historical Investment

After receiving financial advice, Ayima’s board has today taken the decision to write-down the value of an historical investment. In 2015, Ayima invested in the development of Tootsa MacGinty Limited, an ecommerce start-up, and has contributed marketing and administrative support each year since. However, recent trading and a general downturn in the retail sector has indicated that the business is no longer a viable investment. Ayima - Sales Performance Update

Ayima today signed it's 8th new client engagement since the previous update on November 28. the new client is an innovative 3D printing and manufacturing technology firm based in the San Francisco Bay area and contract is for SEO services. The annual value of the contracts signed in the recent period totals 5.4 MSEK and Ayima's standard 12 month renewing contracts apply.  The recent wins show that Ayima's new business strategy is effective and the company expects more wins to be announced in the coming weeks.

Ayima’s Canadian office has today signed two new major clients contracts. The first new contract for the provision of Analytics services for one of Canada’s biggest e-commerce fashion websites. Ayima July 2018 Interim Sales Report

Ayima’s preliminary sales figure for the month of July 2018 is 16.6MSEK, a 66% increase from the same period in 2017 (10.0MSEK).
