- It is a victory for us that the European Court of Justice states that we may take industrial action. The discussion regarding proportionality is no more, says Hans Tilly, President of Byggnads.
Hans Tilly ends by saying: The European Court of Justice states that as Sweden has implemented the Posting Directive through legislation this means we do not have the right to claim that our Swedish collective agreements apply to foreign companies. Therefore we presume that the Government will take initiative so that we can ensure that the same conditions apply to Swedish and foreign companies operational in Sweden.
