AGRARSENSE is an innovation project with participation from 52 industrial companies and research organizations from 15 European countries with the objective to develop technology for the agriculture and forestry sectors that contribute to meeting EU sustainability targets. Guideline Geo will receive a total funding of 600 kEUR from Vinnova (50%) and KDT JU Horizon (50%) for three years, starting January 2023.

“We are excited to explore how geophysical innovations such as AI and autonomous Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) can bring value to this project, together with our AGRARSENSE partners Komatsu and RISE”, says Anders Abrahamsson, CTO at Guideline Geo. “We have a long tradition of research collaboration with industry partners and academia, but this is the largest collaboration project for us so far.”
