ICA-handlarnas Förbund announces a recommended public offer to the shareholders of ICA Gruppen

Today, ICA-handlarnas Förbund together with AMF, through Murgröna Holding AB (publ), announced a recommended public offer to the shareholders of ICA Gruppen. Today, at 15:00 CET, a webcast in English will be held for international media and investors. The Board of Directors of ICA-handlarnas Förbund has also decided that Göran Blomberg will be appointed as CEO of ICA-handlarnas Förbund (previously Acting CEO).
