Kredita assigns Country Manager to Finland: “I want to help entrepreneurs”

Krea launched in Finland during the fall of 2022 with the name Kredita. Now, the company is pleased to announce the assignment of entrepreneur Anu Petäjä as its Country Manager in Finland: “I want to help entrepreneurs to make their ideas come true”

In October 2022, the Kredita platform was launched in Finland. To unlock Kredita’s potential in the Finnish market, Anu Petäjä has been signed as Country Manager of Finland with effect from the 1st of March. Some of Anu’s main responsibilities will be to scale up the commercial operations, sign new partnerships and build the Kredita organization in Finland. 

Small companies with less than 50 employees constitute more than 40% of the Finnish workforce, but they are often neglected by the political decision makers as well as big banks. It is hard for small companies to get financing even if the idea is good. 

Anu Petäjä says: "I want to help entrepreneurs to make their ideas come true. Most entrepreneurs are great in their core business, but they have no experience or education in financing. We are happy to give them advice on different financing solutions and help them to get money with the best possible terms."

Anu Petäjä has extensive experience and knowledge of building companies and commercial strategies. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs and previously founded an online yoga business, Yogaia.com, together with her husband. 

Her professional career started as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. That was followed by various commercial and executive roles at SEK, TBWA, Hoplop and Lempi, among others. Most recently, Anu was the Chief Marketing Officer at Auntie, a B2B mental health platform.
