Linklaters has advised the syndicate of banks in connection with Alvotech’s private placement
Linklaters has advised the syndicate of banks in connection with Alvotech’s private placement of SDRs and ordinary shares by means of accelerated bookbuilding process conducted by DNB Carnegie and Citi as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, and SEB and ACRO as Joint Bookrunners.
The transaction attracted strong interest from institutional investors and resulted in Alvotech raising gross proceeds of SEK 750 million. Alvotech was recently triple listed on Nasdaq Stockholm in addition to its listings on Nasdaq Global Market (New York) and Nasdaq Reykjavik, a listing in which Linklaters advised the banks as well.
“This transaction marks another significant milestone for Alvotech, reflecting our commitment to providing seamless support with complex capital markets issues. We are grateful for the trust placed in us by all parties involved and we are proud to play a part in Alvotech’s ongoing growth and success. Ambitious multijurisdictional projects like this one is at the heart of what we do.” says partner Charlotte Levin.
Our team was led by partner Charlotte Levin, managing associate Nima Naderi and associates Rick Cuperus and Albert Danielsson (Stockholm) and partner Mike Bienenfeld and law clerk Ariana Arzani (London).
