Linklaters has advised the syndicate of banks in connection with Alvotech’s private placement of SDRs and ordinary shares by means of accelerated bookbuilding process conducted by DNB Carnegie and Citi as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, and SEB and ACRO as Joint Bookrunners.The transaction attracted strong interest from institutional investors and resulted in Alvotech raising gross proceeds of SEK 750 million.
