It is an essential objective for us to improve the overall well-being of seafarers through continuous and sustainable organizational change. This addition of the new WellAtSea service will provide companies with a comprehensive tool to evaluate the mental health status of their seafarers and identify areas for improvement. In practice, seafarers will take the assessment both before going to sea and during their time at sea, so companies can see their seafarers' mental well-being and make any appropriate interventions. There is still a stigma around mental health and the fact that seafarers still don’t feel able to talk about it or access services says a lot about the current environment in the sector but we are pleased to see that this is starting to change. That is why we are bringing this assessment service for seafarers to shipping companies to help them take proactive measures.
We are excited to work with WellAtSea to bring our Mental Health Assessment program to an industry constantly under pressure. Vanguard Assessments' expertise in administering and distributing psychological tests, combined with WellAtSea's innovative approach to seafarer health and wellness, will provide companies with a comprehensive tool to evaluate employees' mental health status.
The partnership between WellAtSea, whose focus is the health and wellbeing of seafarers, with Vanguard Assessments is a key step to bring their Mental Health Assessment program to the maritime sector. The maritime industry is known to be demanding and stressful, and seafarers' mental health can often be overlooked. Monitoring a seafarer’s health on an ongoing basis is important so that the right help and support can be provided.
Our courses are created by collaborating with many of the leading safety, health and environmental leaders in the oil and gas and maritime industry, to ensure they are of the highest quality, relative, effective, engaging and proactively motivating today's workforce to excel in their careers. We are excited to collaborate with Seably and bring our courses to their platform so that many more professionals worldwide can benefit from our industry-specific training.

Both of our businesses place a high value on providing the very best quality training, so I am looking forward to seeing what adding Moxie’s cutting-edge library of exciting eLearning programs will mean for the future of digital learning at Seably.
We are excited to announce the launch of Booking Manager Charter Academy with MMK Booking Manager, which will allow us to take guest experiences on bareboat charters to new heights. By integrating the Seably online learning platform, we will be able to provide guests with the knowledge and skills they need to safely and confidently navigate the yacht. This partnership will not only enhance the guest experience but also minimise the risk of accidents and save costs. We are thrilled to be working with MMK and look forward to delivering the finest quality experiences to the guests
Our collaboration with Seably will bring multiple benefits to charter companies and their guests. One of the main advantages is that guests will be able to familiarise themselves with the boat before embarking. This will minimise the risk of accidents and potential damages, as well as allow guests to make the most of their holiday. Additionally, they will learn about sailing in a practical and enjoyable way, making their experience even more memorable
Being open and easy to integrate with is an essential part of Seably's business. By teaming up with CFM we can onboard our joint customers quicker, allowing for automatic seafarer enrollment and training record synchronization. We're happy to have started with AdMare Ship Management and OljOla Shipping as our trial integration partners and look forward to implementing a full-scale roll-out with Peter Döhle and Erik Thun AB soon.
Integration of systems and standardisation of data brings huge benefits to shipping companies. Instead of managing data manually in two separate systems, crew managers now only need to create information in one place which is then automatically available in both systems. This does not only free up time but additionally increases quality and reliability of data.
