With the appointment of Scott Sands, Simon-Kucher will be expanding client offerings to include expertise in sales strategy and optimization.

Boston, U.S. April 2022 -- Simon-Kucher & Partners is pleased to announce Scott Sands has been elected to the firm’s partnership in North America. This appointment is part of a strategic move to further expand offerings, expertise and growth in Sales Effectiveness. Scott’s appointment brings the total number of partners to 30 in the U.S. and 160 globally.

Scott, based out of the Atlanta, GA office, will lead the Sales Effectiveness team of consultants that develops client strategies for growth through sales optimization and specialize in helping clients deploy Sales, Marketing, and Service resources to drive profitable growth.

Scott brings 30 years of experience to Simon-Kucher, including 25 years in consulting and 11 years leading a global Sales Effectiveness practice for a Fortune 500 firm. His extensive experience includes a recent stint in private equity and over 200 clients in the technology (software, hardware, semiconductors, service, etc.), life sciences (including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and medical/surgical supplies), manufacturing, distribution, CPG/retail, business services, and aerospace/defense industries
