    Skanska has signed an agreement with Specialfastigheter Sverige AB for the expansion of Hall prison, Södertälje. The agreement is worth about SEK 810M, which will be included in the order intake for Sweden in the second quarter of 2026.Skanska has been working on preparations for what has now been agreed since spring 2025.     According to Skanska AB’s articles of association, holders of Class A shares are entitled to submit requests to the company for conversion of their shares to Class B shares. Such conversion reduces the total number of votes in the company.
