    Skanska builds office and garage in Skövde, Sweden, for about SEK 340M

    Skanska has signed an agreement with the municipal company Kreativa Hus Skövde AB to build an office building with an adjacent parking garage in central Skövde, Sweden. The agreement is worth about SEK 340M, which will be included in the order intake for Sweden in the first quarter of 2025.The office building will be seven stories high with a gross area of 11,100 square meters. There will be flexible and surface-efficient premises as well as an atrium in the middle of the building which will form a natural meeting place.     Skanska has signed a contract with Statkraft for the construction of the new Svean power plant in the municipality of Klæbu, Trøndelag County, Norway.     Skanska has signed a contract with Statsbygg to build a part of the new Government quarter in Oslo, Norway.
