Scandic Wins Customer Service Award in Norway for the Third Year Together with Teleperformance

OSLO, MAY 4, 2022 - Teleperformance, a leading global provider of digital integrated business services and an expert in customer interactions, announced that its partner, Scandic Hotels Norway, won the Customer Service Award “Kundeserviceprisen” for the third consecutive year within the Hotel category, in Norway’s largest customer experience survey.

The winners were announced during a ceremony held in Oslo on Thursday 28th of April 2022. 

“Kundeserviceprisen” is renowned for its lengthy judging process spanning four months and 25 assessments and is a collaboration between SeeYou and Confex that includes mystery shopping evaluations from SeeYou across many customer service centres and various channels. Each participant is then rated based on its response and waiting time, welcome and reception, the customer service representative, overall impression, and the customer experience.
