Undo partners up with Upptec to deliver the fastest claims in Denmark.
Undo was launched in May 2018 in collaboration with Tryg Forsikring, which brings many years of experience from the insurance industry. The digital insurance company makes insurance for car, content, injury and travel as transparent as possible, so that consumers only pay for the things they want to be covered by. In this way, Undo creates a product that offers strong value for money, giving customers the opportunity to personalize their needs for insurance coverage.
Undo is a 100% digital insurance company that brings transparency to Danes at their fingertips. They are the first mobile app-only insurer in Denmark and are channeling all interactions with their policyholders through their modern and intuitive app. The entire process, from purchasing an insurance to making a claim can be completed in a few minutes through their award-winning app. Undo has created a product which differs fundamentally from the traditional insurance companies.
Now the young tech-company who “just happens to sell insurance through an app” has partnered up with the Malmö-based insurtech company Upptec to deliver an even smoother and faster customer- & claims experience. The solution Upptec will deliver is close to plug-and-play solution that requires little to almost no technical customizations or development. Together with Upptec, Undo will in due time automate the claims handling that will be fully integrated with Undo’s award-winning app.
