    Sandnes, Norway, 3 June 2026: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will be traded ex dividend of NOK 1.110 per share for the first quarter of 2026, as of today 3 June.The annual general meeting held on 29 May in Vår Energi resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.110 per share, NOK  2 771 010 933 in total, equal to USD 300 million, relating to Q1 2026.
