Why is there a traffic light in the middle of the forest in Dalsland?
The Dalsland region of West Sweden offers majestic forests, lakes and chirping birdsong, but so far no traffic lights - anywhere. That is, until now.The very first traffic light in the entire region has been installed on Mount Bläsen with a breathtaking view of Lake Ärr. It signals hikers and mountain bikers to stop, reconnect with nature and take a deep breath, for just a moment.
