    Wallenstam sells its wind farms

    Wallenstam has today signed an agreement with Locus Energy to sell all of its wind farms comprising a total of 53 wind turbines with an installed capacity of 112 MW.     Wallenstam has signed a lease agreement with Mullvad VPN, which will lease the remaining available office space of 4,567 square meters in Valvet at Östra Hamngatan 23 in Gothenburg.     Hans Wallenstam has transferred 35,000,000 shares in Wallenstam AB, held through companies, to his daughter Rebecka Wallenstam.The shares consist of 10,400,000 Class A shares and 24,600,000 Class B shares, corresponding to 5.30% of the share capital and 10.04% of the voting rights in Wallenstam AB. Following the transfer, Hans Wallenstam holds, through companies, 58,600,000 Class A shares and 73,800,000 Class B shares in Wallenstam AB, corresponding to 20.06% of the share capital and 51.51% of the voting rights in the company.

    Wallenstam has established a revised framework for green financing in collaboration with Handelsbanken.
