Completed transactions and construction starts during Q3 2020

Wallenstam has started the construction of 85 apartments, of which 12 are so-called co-living apartments, in the development project Kallebäcks Terrasser in Gothenburg. During the quarter, a total of 145 apartments were completed and occupied in two different projects. In September, land was also taken into possession for future new production in Österåker.

In total, about 800 apartments are now under construction in Kallebäcks Terrasser in Gothenburg. Of the 85 apartments where construction started during the quarter, 12 units will be so-called co-living apartments with a total of 121 rooms for rent, which are let via Colive. The apartments are expected to be ready for occupation during 2022.

During the quarter, 145 apartments were completed and occupied in the following projects:

  • 36 apartments in Parkstråket 1, Haninge. The project involves a total of 154 apartments, of which 17 are co-living apartments with a total of 85 rooms for rent.
  • 109 apartments in Söra Kvarter, Österåker. The project involves a total of 305 apartments.

On September 1, the property Österåker Hagby 1:98 was taken into possession, which consists of land for future new production. The property was acquired via a company transaction, which was announced in a press release on July 1, 2020.
