Convendum expands on Avenyn

Convendum is expanding its floor space on Avenyn and is moving into an additional premises on the ground floor of the same property at Kungsportsavenyen 21.

The lease relates to 436 sq m and the premises is expected to be taken into possession by spring 2021. The total floor space for Convendum’s operations on Avenyn thus becomes 5,081 sq m.

“We are very satisfied with our business in Gothenburg which has performed well, and with the ground level we get a new and public entrance facing Avenyn and a new conference business on the ground floor. Demand has reached new levels and we need more floor space, and therefore this fine opportunity is a good fit for us,” says Håkan Jeppsson, CEO of Convendum.

The reconstructions of the ground floor to adapt the premises to the new business will start during the fall.

“It is very gratifying that it is going so well for Convendum on Avenyn that they are now choosing to expand their business there. With Convendum moving into the ground floor, a welcoming entrance will be created directly from Avenyn, which will also become more accessible for visitors,” says Marina Fritsche, Vice CEO of Wallenstam.
