Correction of reported average yield requirement
An error has been discovered in the reported average yield requirement for the fourth quarter of 2022 relating to properties in Gothenburg. The valuation of the properties that was carried out in connection with the fourth quarter of 2022 is completely correct, however.
Our properties are valued individually, in other words individually per property, every quarter. This means that every property has an individual yield requirement depending on its location, potential, etc. The valuation that was carried out in connection with the fourth quarter is completely correct. However, an error was made in the calculation of the average yield requirement for the properties in Gothenburg. This was the result of incorrect treatment of properties, which contain both residential and commercial floor space. Consequently, the total average yield requirement for the entire residential holdings and the entire commercial holdings was also incorrect in the Year-end Report and Annual Report for 2022.
- The previously reported average yield requirement for commercial properties in Gothenburg was 4.7 percent, the correct information is 4.5 percent. (Annual Report pages 38, 71)
- The previously reported average yield requirement for the entire commercial holdings was 4.8 percent, the correct information is 4.6 percent. (Annual Report pages 2, 37, 47, 66, 71, Year-end Report pages 1, 3, 6, 8)
- The previously reported average yield requirement for residential properties in Gothenburg was 3.4 percent, the correct information is 3.5 percent. (Annual Report pages 38, 71)
- The previously reported average yield requirement for the entire residential holdings was 3.4 percent, the correct information is 3.5 percent. (Annual Report pages 2, 37, 47, 66, 71, Year-end Report pages 1, 3, 6, 8)
